Original Katora Bowl for Agarbatti Making Machine

The Original Katora Bowl for Agarbatti Making Machine is typically a small, round bowl made from high grade material. It sits within the agarbatti making machine and holds the raw incense paste mixture. As the machine operates, the paste is forced through a hole in the bottom of the Katora, forming the thin, delicate incense sticks.

Why is the Original Katora Bowl Important?

The Katora directly impacts the shape and quality of your agarbatti sticks. Its size, material, and design can influence:

• Consistency: A well-designed Katora ensures consistent pressure and flow of the paste, resulting in uniform and evenly shaped incense sticks.
• Quality: The material of the Katora plays a crucial role. Brass and stainless steel offer smooth surfaces that minimize friction and prevent the paste from sticking, while carbide offers superior durability for long-lasting performance.
• Efficiency: A Katora with a smooth and tapered design facilitates seamless flow of the paste, leading to faster production times and higher efficiency.
